We will make every reasonable effort to maintain a high standard of quality and service. However,

• The Company is not responsible for clothing that bleeds, shrinks, or otherwise changes as a result of cleaning in accordance with the Care Label.
• The Company is not responsible for missing garments after the customer has removed them from the store.
• The Company reserves the right to refuse cleaning of any garment.
• The Company does not guarantee removal of all stains.
• The Company is not responsible for garments left more than 30 days.
